A new owner and innkeeper has taken the helm of this beautiful bed and breakfast. Armand Boudreau took ownership of the Elizabeth Rose House on April 5, 2022. Armand spent nearly 25 years in law enforcement, retiring in 2020 as Police Chief for the City of Treasure Island, Florida. Born and raised in Brunswick, Armand decided to return home to Maine after retirement and endeavored to pursue a longtime dream of owning and running a small Maine inn. He spent the past 18 months in the Kingfield, Maine area and settled on southern coastal Maine for his next venture. When the opportunity presented itself to purchase the Elizabeth Rose House, Armand twice visited the property, met with local residents, business owners and municipal employees, and quickly came to realize Kennebunk was the place to make his dream come true. Armand intends to carry on the same exceptional service and pride of ownership that Hans and Marjorie Ruediger showcased for the past four years while adding some personal touches of his own along the way.
